The BlueLine cranks are cheaper than the MadTecno, the main reasons behind this are: 1. the material. Like all cranks on the market, the BlueLine cranks are made of AL-6061-T6 aluminum. The MAD-Tecno are the only ones on the market today that are made from AL-7075-T6 (an aluminum alloy also known as ERGAL). 2. the manufacturing process. Because of the material used, the manufacturing process of the MAD-Tecno is much more complex than that of the BlueLine. These two factors determine the cost difference between these two types of cranks and the ideal range of use of each. So Mad-Tecno or BlueLine? If you are a strong and powerful unicyclist, we recommend the MAD-Tecno cranks. In all other cases, the BlueLine cranks are an excellent choice. Below, after the product configuration, you will find the differences between these two aluminum alloys.
